By using EMPLOYEYE, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. It’s Important and mandatory to accept these Terms and Conditions & Agree to our privacy policy in order to use the Employeye software and its services.

a. Personal Information
- Name, email address, company name
- Billing and payment information (for paid plans)
- Information necessary to create and manage your account
b. Usage Data
- Screenshots, keystrokes, mouse movements
- Active window titles, browser activity
- Application usage, idle vs. active time
- System-generated productivity metrics
c. Device Data
- Device ID, operating system, browser version
- IP address, internet service provider, and related network data
d. Payment Information
- Collected via trusted third-party payment gateways
- Subject to the third-party’s own privacy policy
2. How We Use Your Information
a. General Use
- To provide core functionalities (screen tracking, reports, analytics)
- To analyze team productivity and generate insights
- To send updates, service communications, and (where applicable) promotional messages
b. Free Plan Users
- Aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with third parties for analytics, research, or commercial improvement
- Data may be used to improve our services, optimize ads, and deliver enhanced user insights

c. Paid Plan Users
- Data usage is restricted to service delivery
- Data is not shared with third parties unless explicitly requested by you or required by law
- Stored securely and used exclusively to serve your subscribed plan
3. Data Retention
- Screenshots & usage data are retained based on your subscription package.
- Irrespective of the Package plan, all flagged screenshots along with it’s flagged parameters and without the user details will be retained and may be used by Verve for further product enhancements and improving product coding, logic, Architecture and software enhancements. Verve reserves all rights to use the flagged screenshots for an unspecified tenure.
- Users may request for account deletion, but EMPLOYEYE may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations and enforce policies.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure, and we encourage responsible data handling and access control from your side as well.
5. Sharing Your Data
a. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share data with trusted providers, not limited to, for:
- Payment processing
- Cloud storage
- Application performance enhancements
b. Legal Compliance
We may disclose your data if legally required to do so (e.g., court orders, regulatory requests).

6. Use of External Storage (S3 Buckets)
- Depending on your subscription, you may opt to use your own Amazon S3 for storing screenshots.
- If you opt out of EMPLOYEYE’s S3 storage, this setting cannot be reversed later.
- If you use your own S3, you are solely responsible for data backup, deletion, and access.
7. User Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access – View the data we hold about you
- Correction – Request correction of inaccuracies
- Deletion – Delete your account and data (subject to legal and billing retention rules)
- Consent Withdrawal – Opt out of optional data processing at any time
8. Account Deletion
Yes, you may delete your company account.
However, Verve Systems Pvt. Ltd. will retain:
- Financial records and company billing details
- Flagged screenshots and parameters defined in your account
- Any other data as required by law or compliance norms

We use cookies and similar tools to improve user experience, track functionality, and analyze usage trends. Disabling cookies may impact your experience.
