What are the limitations of the Free Package?

The Free Package comes with limited features designed to give you a glimpse of EmployEye’s capabilities. These include basic activity tracking, a limited number of users, and restricted access to advanced features like efficiency recommendations, detailed reporting, and integrations. To unlock the full potential of EmployEye, consider upgrading to one of our premium packages.

How do I buy new and renew my packages?

EmployEye offers multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and payment gateways. Once your payment is processed, the package is activated immediately. To renew, simply navigate to the "Purchase History" section of your account, and select the package you wish to renew, and complete the payment.

You can buy & maintain multiple packages as per your requirement. However, it should be noted that all the package will be of the same type.

Can I upgrade my package, and how is the upgrade cost calculated?

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time through your account. The upgraded plan will be valid for one year from the activation date. The cost of un-used period of the previous package is calculated on a pro-rata basis, and provided as a discount when upgrading. This ensures you get the best value while retaining the benefits of your existing plan.

In case you have multiple packages, then the upgrade will ensure all the packages are upgraded.

How many packages can I buy, and how do I manage team members within a package?

You can buy multiple packages of the same type or upgrade to a higher plan to meet your organization’s requirements. If you’ve reached the member limit in your current package, you can also purchase a new package with required members to expand your team.

How can I download or manage my data?

EmployEye makes it simple to download your data. Just visit the "Download Centre" to access and save your data with ease. It should be noted that download data for each day will be generated and made available in the "Download Center". This feature is available as per your package type.

Can I delete a member to add a new member?

Yes, you can remove an existing member to add a new one. However, please note that all data associated with the deleted member will be permanently removed.
